How enquiries are handled

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive the four things you type: your name, email address, project type and message.

How we use it

Only to read your enquiry and reply to you about your project. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is sent as an email to WrapComm's inbox (quotes@wrapcomm.com), with your address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.

The email is sent through Lovable's email delivery service, which keeps records of each message it sends for delivery and abuse prevention.

If a quick automated check appears on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from spam bots.

What's kept

The website itself doesn't save your message in a database. To slow down spam it briefly keeps an anonymous counter of recent requests per connection, which clears itself after a few minutes.

Your email stays in WrapComm's inbox like any other email, and the providers above may keep their own records under their policies.
